Totally meant to wish everyone a merry xmas but I r was busy! I hope everyone's enjoying the holidays!

For xmas my husband surprised me with a sailor moon doll! *squeeee* and Absolute Death by Neil Gaiman. Such great gifts!

My hubby just got back from visiting his family and he came home sick! Now I'm sick! YAY!! We had our 4th year anniversary yesterday, and actually intend on celebrating this weekend, but sadly now we are both sick. I hope I get better by the weekend.

Anywho I hope everyone has a great new years and be safe and don't drink too much!

PS: ZO MY GOD ICC!!! I hate you blizzard why couldn't they wait until jan to let this patch out? I haven't worked on art seriously since it came out!

I have been working on art alot lately, nothing to post yet but soon! Did everyone get their turkey pets in wow? They are so funny when you bring em near fire they jump in it and cook themselves lol. So cute!

Anywho is selling some really pretty prints, and some original artwork if you guys wanna check it out! She was also so sweet and drew me a little gift. I ordered a zelda print because her version of zelda and midna = drool! I am so putting that in a frame in my computer room so I can stare at it!

I went through and deleted all the messages for favs. I normally go and thank everyone but I had over 570, and I'm sorry I just don't have time to thank every single fav anymore. I'd be here for hours. So I want to thank everyone for all the favs, all the collection favs, and the comments. It means so much to me. I know, myself I am very guilty of faving with out a comment, and I have NEVER understood why ppl hate that. If I fav your art, that means I like it. Do you REALLY need to hear "this is cool" for the 100th time? That seems silly, giving and getting favs is flattering enough for me. And I almost always reply to comments, I just have a hard time giving them especially when I'm going through my deviations I feel stupid saying the same thing over and over to people. I dunno I guess I'm weird, but anyways I am totally on a tangent because I am hungry and can't think...
So basically what I'm trying to say is..

Just redid our office again and now I finally have easy access to my cintiq again! Before I had to move my work pc in order to use it and it was super annoying and a big hassle. But thankfully my hubby worked with me to get everything situated nicely.

Speaking of my husband he's got a new site that I wanna plug for him called Guildmasters.com Right now its a blog about being a guild leader and what he's experience. My husband has been running guilds for many years. We had a very successful guild in WoW on the alliera server for 6 years. (we were a pre-release guild) But he's been leading guilds since UO. So check it out if you wanna read about what it takes to lead, and different things with leading guilds. If anything it's great to read his stories!

Been raiding in wow, I am pretty much ready for 3.3. Just need prob new boots and a ring, but I could live without them. I am still trying to do those damn AT dailies everyday to get the last 4 mounts I need. But sometimes I just can't bring myself to do em! lol I mean I've been doing them for so long. I won't lie its great money too! I've made so much money off of them I finally got myself a Travelers Tundra Mammoth. Those cost 16k gold, and while you might think I'm crazy they are a VERY nice thing to have because they have vendors on them which is GREAT for farming. You can basically always pick all grey/white items now cuz I can just vendor em anytime I want. It's great!

Aion has kinda gone on the back burner. I play an hour every once in a while. I only like playing it when my friends and I all get together on the weekend but it seems everyone's been busy lately. I mean I was to blame we had a friend staying for the week a week ago and that was really fun to hang out with him. I did alot of cooking. But I did manage to get 30 and get my pretty wings!

Tv has been great lately! CBS picked up medium so I've been trying to watch that as I missed the first few eps. I didn't even know that NBC canceled it! Those morons! Started watching V, I liked the pilot so far. I have the 2nd ep waiting on my DVR. Prob watch that tomorrow if I don't have to raid. Supernatural is getting good, but it seems like they are all over the place with the eps. But I gotta say Last weeks ep of supernatural is prob the funniest thing I've seen in ages! I seriously was laughing my ass off!

I have actually been using my LJ again, or at least trying to. So if you wanna follow me on there [link] I also have my twitter, although I'm terrible about updating it, but you can see it here so you would know ahha! Mostly like to post funny shit that my cats do on it.


Someone brought up the idea of me showing you guys how I make my sigs. I am going to try to make something. The thing is I need to fix something with my pc before I do. I did something really stupid.... I bought one of those huge font packages. Great right? Yeah for the fonts, but when you put 10,000 fonts into the font folder and your photoshop loads them it makes me photoshop lag like a mofo sometimes. So I need to either get rid of some of them or something because I don't wanna record myself when my photoshop is lagging all to shit. But anyways basically what I'm saying is, I would love to do a tutorial to show you guys how I make my sigs. ;D

Welp, the worst possible thing to happen to me has happend.. (computer wise) my harddrive failed. And you know I always say I'm going to back up my art.. and I never did. I shit you not I was just talking about it a month ago, buying some brand new cd to burn it all just to be safe. You never think it's going to happen to you.

I pretty much bawled my eyes out all day. Chris and I went to best buy to get a new one, and we tried to get the old on to work, but by the time we got it up and running it was destroying everything.

I am devistated.. I've lost all my art from the past oh 6 or 7 years. Alot of it.. is thank god, online, but alot of it is not. Alot of my old artwork (you know when I actually used to color them by hand) is not online, and has been lost in the many moves I have done. I will hopefully rescan some stuff but still it's heartbreaking to think I've lost it all.

And on top of that I lost 6 years of wow screenshots. May not mean much to some, but I can never get those back, from beta, from the creation of our guild. It's all lost. >_<

So if any of you have ever done art for me, thats not online, or is and you want to send me the original file again, please send it to Lilenatalem@gmail.com so I can try to get back some of the stuff I've lost.

Okay So heres the first thing I've drawn since my harddrive broke. Last night I was really depressed but I wanted to draw so bad so I layed in bed and drew a bunch of druid form chibis to help cheer myself up.

Then I log on to scan em... and the scanner doesn't work with windows 7. So now I had to go buy a new one since after about 1 hour of trying to find drivers we found out that there is no way to get drivers for my scanner since its old. But oh well got a new one on the way by the end of the week from newegg.

Oh and ofcorse during the process of drawing those guys.. again since I couldnt scan the image I had already drawn Photoshop froze.. so I had to draw it twice. I am having the worst luck ever!

Gotta finish getting packed up, took tomorrow off so I could have a full day to be ready.

I will start doing more art again, i always say that but sometimes its rough. I have bad bad dry spells and everything I draw looks like shit to me. And I also started working form home and because I have to use the monitor provided by my work I had to unhook my cintiq because I don't have room for it on the desk ATM. We are trying to work around it and try to find a better spot for the big ass CRT monitor.

But anywho just letting you guys know whats up with me.

ps.. i hate planes.. im so nervous for a long flight! Over 4 hours!
